Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
During your first consult, I take the time to understand your background, medical history, current dietary habits and goals. Using this information, we create individualised strategies and specific, achievable goals tailored to your lifestyle, so you can make meaningful and sustainable changes.
Available via face-to-face or telehealth.Consult Fee: $150
If you have a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement (Chronic Disease Management Plan), you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $61.80.
If you have a Medicare Plan, please email your referral before your consult to confirm eligibility.
Revew Consultation (30 minutes)
Follow-up sessions provide an opportunity to adjust strategies, track your progress, and stay accountable. They are designed to keep you motivated and on track as you work toward your personal health, performance or nutrition goals.
Available via face-to-face or telehealth.Consult Fee: $110
